Craig Sider enjoys helping leaders and organizations live with purpose. As President of The New York City Leadership Center he motivates leaders to impact their cities for Christ. Craig’s lifelong desire has been to reach people for Christ. In 1985, he served as founding pastor of The Meeting House in Oakville, Ontario. He and his wife, Laura, worked to build a vibrant community committed to sharing Christ’s message. Beginning in 1996, Craig served as bishop in the Brethren in Christ Church U.S., a responsibility he held until early 2009. He also served as a Team Leader in Brethren in Christ / Canada, where he was responsible for church development. In 2013, Craig joined The New York City Leadership Center as President, where Craig focuses on identifying, developing and maximizing leadership skills in others. Following a degree in Business Administration/Economics from Brock University, Craig completed a Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary and a doctorate in leadership development from Denver Seminary.

Rick is a born and bred Novocastrian. He served as a C3 pastor for 15 years before stepping out in faith in 2010 to become a missionary to the city of Newcastle. In 2014 Rick was named Newcastle Citizen of the Year for his 20 plus years pioneering and leading community charity work.

Wendy is a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend and campaigner. She has held managerial positions at Griffith University and Queensland Baptists and is currently Queensland and Northern Territory Director of the Australian Christian Lobby. For 8 years she was Executive Producer of the Lord Mayor’s Carols in Brisbane. In 2012 she co-authored a book THE GREENS Policies, Reality and Consequences published by ConnorCourt. In 2019 she is publishing two children’s books.

Peter McHugh is the founding, and current pastor of Stairway Church in Melbourne, Victoria. He is highly regarded both nationally and internationally, for his love for the Body of Christ and in particular, his heart for Pastors. He has become a spiritual father to many, walking with leaders and speaking life into their communities. Peter is passionately committed to the unity of the church in the city of Melbourne based on his understanding of Jesus' prayer in John 17, and for the body of Christ in a city to recognised it's 'reconciled diversity.'

James Condon has served the Kingdom of Jesus through the Salvation Army since his initial encounter with Jesus 52 years ago. He has served locally in churches, as well as leading nationally as the head of the denomination, been on college faculty, and travelled the world. James' passion remains with the local church - to see it released for mission the community in which it is placed. Initiative has impacted thousands of young leaders from over 540 different churches across the metroplex. Grant has traveled the world, speaking to thousands of pastors, parents, and business leaders on the topic of engaging and empowering millennials. His book, The Passion Generation, has been a bestseller in multiple categories. Grant serves on the advisory boards for Harvest America in Dallas and Movement Day. He is a member at Mercy Street Church, a multicultural, urban church plant in West Dallas.

James Kelly, the Founder and Director of FaithTech, is an entrepreneur turned pastor turned story-teller. With a unique background in business (co-founded a faith-based media company at 19 years of age, BComm and 7 years experience in professional recruitment) and church (MDiv and helped plant a church in 2012), he’s positioned to creatively bridge the gap between faith and tech.
